Business uses of our Service platform
If you are using our Service Platform on behalf of a business or creativity for profit, that business accepts these terms. It will not hold harmless and indemnify DePRO Global and its affiliates companies-DePRO IDB, LIBID-GT, LIBCAN, LEW TV & Radio, officers, partners, agents, and employees from any claims, suits or actions arising from or related to the use of the services or violation of these terms, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, suits, judgements, litigation costs and attorney’s fees. Using this platform, you agreed to allow us with rights to upload and broadcast any of your contents, products/services, and personal information on this platform without any cost. On this Platform you give us the rights to finally price your products or services (contents) for your gains of which we are entitled to have 30 out of 100 % ratio (70:30) of final unit selling price on every transaction. Indeed, you will be given the chance to initially communicate your content price with us by email/cell contact or e-form that request information, but you agree to our highest selling price of any items you sell on this Platform will be $10USD and the lowest will be $1USD. the exception is to us to decide in other packages or services either to go over this highest/ lowest price or not. You agree that we have the rights to grade, edit/reproduce/publish and price any products or services as it relates to final production and selling price on this Platform. You agree that we are only held accountable and liable to give you what you deserve in percentage as you agree and subscribe to our service Platform, and this only applied if you have a sale contract of any of your products or services in accordance with our terms of use and agreement on this Platform by simply selecting in form (For sale) on our site . You agree that any money transfer to you from your sales on this platform will be send to you directly to your bank account you recommend or through any universally recognized Money transfer service provider like PayPal, Western Union or Money Gram, but you are responsible for any fees placed on money transfer to your full address you’ll precisely recommend. You agree that you will not send or place any contents with us that is not officially yours as you will be held liable for any illegal actions punishable by law regarding intellectual properties and rights. As we are established to be a social media and digital contents/physical products selling platform, the e- commerce solution/medium for the entire Liberian entertainment or innovations to the world, we welcome and recommend that every Liberian content may be uploaded to give equal opportunities to every individual, group, business or content developer to sustainably gain with respect to our laws, terms of use and levy for hosting and managing sales for contents. If you have your content(s) send or upload to us by you or third party (like your manager, publicist, our representative or producer) in your name and favor, and you don't approve, let us know. Or if DePRO Global does upload and price any content you officially own and is on sale for your benefit on our platform and you feel dissatisfied or reject (you don’t approve) your content being up on our Platform in anyway, you have the right to your content, let us know. You can contact us, at “contact us “and we will review and remove your content within the period of 1 to 2 weeks after reviewing complains. But note that if you return to plead or request us to upload same or any content which belongs to you on our Platform, there will be an extra fee charge of $5 USD per month in addition to our percent on sale of each of your content for as long as that your particular content remain on our Platform. This will take effect immediately after any of your content is removed from our Platform on your request to us about not agreeing with us as we are in your interest. There only exception to you not being charged this $5USD fee per month is when we review your complaint of someone else wrongfully uploaded your content and find out that there was a piracy, theft, or misuse of your content issue by illegal source/misrepresentation of ownership. This platform is for your benefit and we assure you, we will remain transparent giving you what you truly deserve on our Platform.
About these Terms
•We may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to a service to, for example, reflect changes to the law or by-laws, or changes to our services. You should look at the terms regularly. We’ll post notice of modifications to these terms on this page. We’ll post notice of modified additional terms in the applicable service. Changes will not apply retroactively and will become effective no sooner than a month after they are posted. However, changes addressing new functions for a service or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately. If you do not agree to the modified terms for a service, you should discontinue your use of this service Platform.
If there is conflict between these terms and the additional terms, the additional terms will control for that conflict.
These terms control the relationship between DePRO Global and you. They do not create third party beneficiary rights.
If you do not comply with these terms, and we don’t take actions right away, this doesn’t mean that we are giving up any rights that we may have (such as taken actions in the future).
If it turns out that a term is not enforceable, this will not affect any other terms.
The law of the Republic of Liberia will apply to any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the services first. All claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the services will be proceed-litigated exclusively in the Federal or states court of Washington DC, USA, and you and DePRO Global consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. We are not liable for any claims-travel compensations.
IN ALL CASES, DePRO Global, ITS CEO, AGENTS/STAFF, SPONSORS, INVESTORS AND DONORS, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY MISINFORMATION PAYMENT LOSS, MISREPRESENTATION, OR IMAGES MISUSE, OR ANY FORM OF DAMAGE THAT IS NOT REASONABLY FORESEEABLE.

We provide our services using a commercially reasonable level of skill and care and we hope you enjoy using them. But there are some things we don’t promise about our services.

•Some jurisdictions provide for certain warranties, like the implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties.
Liability for our Services
•WHEN PERMITTED BY LAW, DePRO Global/ DePRO IDB, AND CEO, SPONSOR, INVESTORS, DONORS, AND CUSTOMERS WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PROFIT, REVENUE, OR DATA, FINANCIAL LOSSES OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
•TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF DePRO Global/ DePRO IDB, AND INNOVATORS, AGENTS/STAFF, SPONSOR, INVESTOR, DISTRIBUTOR, PROMOTERS FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS, INCLUDING FOR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US TO USE THE SERVICES (OR IF WE CHOSE SUPPLYING THE SERVICE AGAIN).
IN ALL CASES, DePRO Global, ITS CEO, AGENTS/STAFF, SPONSORS, INVESTORS AND DONORS, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY MISINFORMATION PAYMENT LOSS, MISREPRESENTATION, OR IMAGES MISUSE, OR ANY FORM OF DAMAGE THAT IS NOT REASONABLY FORESEEABLE.
Modifying and Terminating our Services
We are consistently changing and improving our services. We may add or remove functionalities or features, and we may suspend or stop a service altogether.
You can stop using our services at any time, although we’ll be sorry to see you go. DePRO Global may also stop providing Services to you or add or create new limits to our Services at any time.
We believe that you own your data and preserving your access to such data is important. If we discontinue a Service, where reasonably possible, we will give you reasonable advance notice and a chance to get information out of that Services.
When it comes to digital content request for removal or termination of content from our site if for any reason best known to the original item or content owner, the original content owner is requested by our platform's policy to officially write an email at request-service@depro-idb.com requesting termination or removal of content stating reasons for the removal of content and should include description of the particular content along with content title or SKU code . This removal process may take three to four weeks after request is made for our team to finalize removal of content. If a person designated to upload any content for original owner on our site approval of the original owner will be needed for that person designated to upload as representative through our form. Any content total removal from our platform's database will depend on the original content owner's official request only. Otherwise, the content if requested by the representative, label or designated individual or institution for removal of any content from our platform, the content artwork and information will only be hidden from our front store but will still be accessible in the backend to the general public for any purposes. In addition, there will be a minimum fee of $10 per song removal if for any reasons this occurs. If that particular song or item had not made up to our threshold within a given sale period gearing next disbursement of proceeds generated from sales of that particular content, there will be a deduction of the minimum fee from total sales period during, before or after removal of that particular item whether or not it reaches our threshold.
Your Content in or on our Platform
Note that every sale on each item or content you own that is on sale on our site, you are entitled to only 70% in which we will not pay your taxes or fees on quarterly money transfer to you. The 70:30 ratio of agreement is the best fair deal you can get as we will use the 30% levy; we collect from each sale to continuously host and manage site for your financial gains, growing you to wealth.
Please note that taxes may apply on any money you make on sales before your percentage is transfer to you. We will not incur any cost both on the amount that you'll paid Bank, PayPal, MoneyGram or Western Union to enable transfer of money to you in your name as is given on our form. This may apply only, if you select either options (MoneyGram or Western union) to use for your preferred money transfer. We will also not pay your taxes for you. As other bank fees may apply, your content in our site’s store will have levy also apply for hosting and managing but may not affect your 70%. Note that every sale on single/individual item or content you own that is on our site, you are entitled to only 70% in which tax and money transfer fees from your quarterly money total, will be subtracted before you receive your money. The 70:30 ratio of agreement is the best fair deal you can get as we will use the levy we collect to continuously host and manage site for your never-ending financial gains based on your decision you make now. Some of our services allow you to email your content to us so that we can upload for you, as well as through our special approved representative we may also upload. Or you directly upload-fill out and submit. Our store sends or receives contents. In short, what belongs to you stay yours.
When you send your content by email or upload, submit, store, or receive content through our Services, you give DePRO Global/ DePRO IDB (and those we work with) a worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works ( such as those resulting from translations, adaptation or other changes we make so that your content works better with our Services), communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute such content. The rights you grant in this license continues even if you stop using our services (for example, some services may offer you ways to access and remove content that has been provided to that service. Make sure you have the necessary rights to grant us this license for any content that you submit to our Services by checking in the agree box before submitting upload.
Our automated systems analyze your content (including emails) to provide you relevant advertisement and features, such as customized search results, tailored advertising, and spam and malware detection. This analysis occurs as the content is sent, received, and when it is stored.
We may displace your profile, profile photo, and actions you take on our Platform, other linked Platforms or third-party applications connected to DePRO Global platform (such as reviews you write, and comment on your post) in our Services, including displaying in ads and other commercial contexts. We will respect the choices you could make to limit sharing or visibility settings on our Platform by way of your information left on our online form about your upload.
We welcome your feedbacks or suggestions about our Services or Platform, we may use feedbacks or suggestions without obligation to you.

Filling and submitting that form for your content to be placed on LEW TV or Radio promotional monitor & publisher for free views or downloads for your promotion to attract crowd to all your contents to see more from you. You indeed agree, allowing us all rights to stream your content you upload through our forms and we can use it for any promotional and marketing purposes and we don't owe you any money now or in future for as long as this particular content promo remains on our site. We are only liable to give you what you deserve (percentage from unit sale) in previous terms.
Notwithstanding, you can disregard the form on that page and upload your content directly by clicking the UPLOAD link button at the top right-hand corner of our site’s home page to be able to sell your content on our Platform. Please read our complete Terms of Use and Policies for more details.
If you need any special promotions for any of your contents uploaded through different means rather through the button mentioned in the services tab field called Liberia Entertainment to the World, you will be charge a fee for promotion on LEW TV per slut, four times in a month for 10 secs-1 min of your content you want to advertise to buzz your sales, you agree.
MEMBERSHIP
We encourage everyone to participate in procuring membership on our Platform where you can pay for service having access to "share links" Liberian Entertainment-music, music videos, comedies, stories and more... And you agree to this term "AS IS" nonrefundable subscription, in which your subscription will be limited to time frame as you pay for service on our platform. You agree that contents you upload for free and for sale on our Platform will also be in our subscription program available to our membership without any fees charge to us.
GIFT/ TIPS or DONATION Drive
Our Services are encrypted and Secured. We operate within the confines of laws and policies as well as regulations governing monetary transactions, collectives and compliance. This may apply locally or international as our platform is developed to serve our striving and developing Creative Sector. Beyond this, we seek to innovate and develop capacity in self-help initiatives including general trade, intellectual exchange and networking opportunities.... You agreed that we are not liable for any of sort liabilities that may occur now or in the future whatsoever, if there is any occurrence of misconduct or trust issues that may affect you or organizational monetary engagements.

Approved Agent/Representative incentives
When you become our Approved Agent/ Representative, you are accredited to serve as liaison to aid client customers to upload their digital contents and answer any question they may have regarding the entire platform how it works and how to ship physical products over to our Washington DC Offices/Store. After upload facilitation by an approved representative aiding owner upload, on every unit sale of that content that was originally owned by creator/ owner of their content, the representative/Manager becomes entitled to 2% returns from DePRO Global based on that product sale price on our Platform. Representative returns will be sent quarterly, as owners benefits monthly once thresholds of $50 or above is reached.

But note that if you return to plead or request us to upload same or any content which belongs to you on our Platform, there will be an extra fee charge of $5 USD per month in addition to our percent on sale of each of your content for as long as that your particular content remain on our Platform. This will take effect immediately after any of your content is removed from our Platform on your request to us about not agreeing with us as we are in your interest. There only exception to you not being charged this $5USD fee per month is when we review your complaint of someone else wrongfully uploaded your content and find out that there was a piracy, theft, or misuse of your content issue by illegal source/misrepresentation of ownership. This platform is for your benefit and we assure you, we will remain transparent giving you what you truly deserve on our Platform.
About these Terms
•We may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to a service to, for example, reflect changes to the law or by-laws, or changes to our services. You should look at the terms regularly. Modifying and Terminating our Services
We are consistently changing and improving our services. We may add or remove functionalities or features, and we may suspend or stop a service altogether.
You can stop using our services at any time, although we’ll be sorry to see you go. DePRO Global may also stop providing Services to you or add or create new limits to our Services at any time.
We believe that you own your data and preserving your access to such data is important. If we discontinue a Service, where reasonably possible, we will give you reasonable advance notice and a chance to get information out of that Services.
When it comes to digital content request for removal or termination of content from our site if for any reason best known to the original item or content owner, the original content owner is requested by our platform's policy to officially write an email at request-service@depro-idb.com requesting termination or removal of content stating reasons for the removal of content and should include description of the particular content along with content title or SKU code . This removal process may take three to four weeks after request is made for our team to finalize removal of content. If a person designated to upload any content for original owner on our site approval of the original owner will be needed for that person designated to upload as representative through our form. Any content total removal from our platform's database will depend on the original content owner's official request only. Otherwise, the content if requested by the representative, label or designated individual or institution for removal of any content from our platform, the content artwork and information will only be hidden from our front store but will still be accessible in the backend to the general public for any purposes. In addition, there will be a minimum fee of $10 per song removal if for any reasons this occurs. If that particular song or item had not made up to our threshold within a given sale period gearing next disbursement of proceeds generated from sales of that particular content, there will be a deduction of the minimum fee from total sales period during, before or after removal of that particular item whether or not it reaches our threshold.
Your Content in or on our Platform
Note that every sale on each item or content you own that is on sale on our site, you are entitled to only 70% in which we will not pay your taxes or fees on quarterly money transfer to you. The 70:30 ratio of agreement is the best fair deal you can get as we will use the 30% levy; we collect from each sale to continuously host and manage site for your financial gains, growing you to wealth.
Please note that taxes may apply on any money you make on sales before your percentage is transfer to you. We will not incur any cost both on the amount that you'll paid Bank, PayPal, MoneyGram or Western Union to enable transfer of money to you in your name as is given on our form. This may apply only, if you select either options (MoneyGram or Western union) to use for your preferred money transfer. We will also not pay your taxes for you. As other bank fees may apply, your content in our site’s store will have levy also apply for hosting and managing but may not affect your 70%.
