Refund will only be given to you upon return of product in same ship, size, form, quality, or condition it was originally designed, made or sent to you. Please note that if tax was applied to product during your purchase, we can not refund any portion or fees that made occur before and after shipment. As shipping is free in the USA, we will not cover return cost as it may apply to your purchase. Notwithstanding, we will give you a discount on any next purchase you further make on our platform after returning the item. A 20% from total money you spent on the item which you purchased from us and claim complain, will be used to ship another product of same kind and type or substitute to, after returning the first one AS IS. Shipping Policy
